This website is dedicated to hobbyists and small businesses specializing in reptile and amphibian breeding. Our goal is to provide customers with an easy alternative to shop with ease, and to provide a safe environment for you to shop and sell. In order to keep these goals in mind and to provide a better experience on our marketplace we ask you to follow these simple guidelines.
1. A minimum age of 18 years old is required for you to sell or purchase on this site.
2. All accounts are subject to Photo ID checks and information given at time of registration must match.
3. Members who have documented proof of previous scams, selling poor quality animals, or breaking any laws pertaining to animals including smuggling or abuse are not welcome on this site. If it is discovered that any member has participated or has been charged with any activities of the above nature your membership will be terminated.
4. Coldblooded Marketplace is geared more towards Captive born and bred animals. However we will allow Wildcaught specimens that are clearly identified as such and are in good health. Please do not post any sickly or injured animals for sale.
5. All animals posted on this site must be in good condition and free of any severe irregularities. Examples of this would be missing feet, Nipped/injured tails(fresh injuries), outwardly sick looking individuals etc.. Animals with old injuries or missing toes or tails must be clearly photographed and description of injuries explained so the customer is aware.
The Coldblooded Marketplace reserves the rights to alter these guidelines at any time to suit the growing needs of this site and the trends of the hobby. We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel any memberships for anyone that is violating these guidelines. Any items not covered by these guidelines or terms of service are left to the discretion of the owner or management team.
